dearie and i went to the lantern festival at chinese garden yesterday..
the theme was on sanrio and of cus there were also some very traditional chinese lanterns as well
the traditional lanterns..
they even have olympics theme
now on to the main theme..

this was our last station for the day :(
damned angry cus shortly after we reached the pavillion, it started to pour really heavily. we dint bring umbrellas and was stucked inside the shelter for an hour i tink, hoping that the rain would stop and we could continue exploring the place. but TMD, it dint stop, i waited till i was soo sleepy, we bought ponchos from a shop there n walked back to mrt station. end up, there were bout 4-5 more spots that we dint managed to see. the most TMD of all things, while we were walking towards the station, the rain became smaller and smaller, when we reached the station, it actually stopped raining!!
i say we're suay (x100 times)! >.<
if u're a BIG hello kitty fan, u can consider goin there since u can see from the pics, all the spots featuring sanrio will die die have hello kitty there.. but remember, to choose a day with good weather n bring along umbrella just in case ;)
