our make up V day celebration
so yesterday we were supposed to go catch a movie and while on our way to the mrt station, he said he had stomach ache, need to go to the toilet so i waited for him and after a really long time, he popped out and came back with..
i was super surprised cus i thought he had really gone to the toilet. :D
we then went to catch valentine's day.. wanted to watch alice in wonderland but its still not out yet. (cant wait to watch it on 3D!) the movie was quite lengthy.. but still ok lah..
walked around, spent alot of time deciding what to eat for dinner, went to the arcade, caught a soft toy, took neo prints! :)
and so, finally we decided to go back to where he used to work, but the other branch.. haha..
while waiting for our food to come, of cus must camwhore!! :P

so the week before chinese new year, i dropped a card for someone who has helped my sisters and i when my mother just passed away..
i was taking bus to work and saw that she has moved her clinic and i decided to drop her a card just to let her know i'm thankful for her help and that i still remember her help after all these years..
and this morning, i got a msg from her and she's happy to have received the card, glad that we're all doing well.. and i'm happy as well :)
you know, although we have met bad people in our lives, there is also a fair share of good people that have helped us along the way.. i can remember an old uncle who used to be my sis's swimming coach, he is my mother's customer and when he knew that my mother is sick and passed away, he dropped by every now and then and brought us goodies to eat. i cant remember if he did give us some money as well..
and then there is my sister's teacher, who became close with us, inviting us to her house for dinner, giving us encouragement etc
and then there is this doctor whom i gave the card to.. she employed 2 of my sisters as her clinic assistant and gave them a higher rate than supposed to be, gave us free vaccinations and gave us medicine when we were sick..
and all these people, if i didnt remember wrongly, they are all christians.. that is why till now, i still believe that christians in general have a kinder heart than others..
sadly, as time goes by, my family seem to have drifted apart from all these people.. and i dont even know where they are now.. that is why when i found the clinic relocated, i was sort of excited, i just wanted to let her know that her help has not been forgotten, even after all these years and even though at that time i was very young, i could still remember the help that she'd given to us..
and, this feeling is really great..

his relatives came over for house visiting and the kids bombarded me to play blackjack with them. i tried to reject them but gave in soon after cus they're really good at saying 'PLEASSSSSEEEEE'

played the finger pepsi cola game with them and i felt quite bad cus my finger nails are like quite long and it must have poked into their hand but the boy didnt complain at all.. only the girl did thats why i knew that my nails actually hurt them.

going over to mr neo's cousin's house for house visiting tomorrow..

omg. freaking funny when mr neo told me he read it from a magazine..
-love listening to dan and young's show on 987fm in the morning. perhaps age is catching up, i only love to hear what they say and not the music they play. find the songs very noisy, listening to the songs make me feel restless. on the other hand 883fm seems to soothe me. LOL
-love drinking iced coffee in the morning

my V day card to mr neo :)i know i suck at making DIY stuff but its the thought that counts rite! not nice i also bo bian!! hahaha ;)
finally got to play MJ and DD this year. :)
won from DD but lost in MJ.

the second day straight that i lost sleep. wonder if its cus my room is too stuffy or cus my bed is too squeezy..
no choice had to pop my flu medicine that causes drowsiness and in the end i woke up feeling weird and -.- the whole day..
went shopping today at second fav shopping mall and i bought 4 pairs of shoes! my highest record. and after much effort, finally managed to get a pair of dress so that i can wear one on eve and the other on 初一
bought alot of other barangs.. and i realised shopping without DD neo is bad both physically and financially. my shopping bag was sooo damned heavy i wonder if he is always carrying this weight for me everytime we go shopping.. =/
oh i bought a second hand chewonit comics online and it has arrived today :)

went shopping with san jie today at my fav place :)
had our mini lunch at this restaurant at bugis junction. the da long bao that has to be drank with a straw is supposed to taste good but it tasted horrid.the soup inside was horrid, the bao itself was so tough, u wont wana eat it =/
our shopping spree today! i finally bought the new DKNY EDP :)
it smells even better than the green apple one! had been wanting to buy it since i saw it at the airport in dec.
san jie bought the anna sui one for herself. the other 2? are for her friends.. dun worry, we are not so siao to buy 4 perfumes for ourself at one go. haha
i stocked up on my eyelash glue, bought a tee and a dress.
and the most exciting thing, i found the lace spag that i love, that i bought in bangkok! several stalls there were selling it. and so, we were crazy, we bought 5 of the same one but in diff colour. wanted to buy 6 but our wallets were empty after buying the perfume so we could only afford 5
felt abit bad that she dint manage to buy any new year clothes. but i only managed to buy one dress only also! well at least she bought materials for her V day card.. :P
i wonder why my sisters are like tt? they dint wana go to my uncle's house this year cus they say always waste alot of time waiting there.. san jie say she old already, feel paisei to get hongbao from them le.. but me leh? when they were 21 years old did they think that 'oh.. i've gotten enough hong baos already'? i dont think so. all i remember is that when the other 2 were 27, they were sayin 'oh.. this is my last year of collecting hong baos' and now when they're married, they happy then skip visiting.
sigh, sometimes.. really got nothing to say.....
